• Responsible for team of attorneys and paralegals providing all aspects of transactional legal support and guidance to a national "big box" retailer in the acquisition, leasing, development, redevelopment and sale of properties throughout the United States.
• Represented national junior anchor retailers and a regional specialty retailer in the leasing of locations throughout the United States.
• Provided legal counsel to developers in the Southeast and Southwest related to the acquisition, development, redevelopment, leasing and sale of both large and small shopping centers.
