Summary
Ms. Kilberg represents national and regional firms in the acquisition, development, leasing and sales of retail, office, and industrial projects, including: power centers, lifestyle centers, multi-use developments, office buildings, warehouses and distribution centers, and urban redevelopment projects.
In 1990, Ms Kilberg joined the firm of Altman, Kritzer & Levick, the predecessor firm to Hartman Simons. From 1986-1989, she practiced in the real estate group of Greenberg, Traurig in the West Palm Beach, Florida office, concentrating in planned-unit developments and condominium law. From 1980-1985, she practiced in the real estate and corporate groups at Cofer, Beauchamp and Hawes.
Representative Experience
- Directs leasing teams of attorneys and paralegals in the representation of institutional landlords and third-party asset managers with respect to their office, medical and industrial holdings nationwide.
- Represents a national big box retailer regarding acquisitions, ground leases, development and sales of projects throughout the East Coast and the Midwest.
- Represents a specialty supermarket chain in its nationwide expansion.
- Represents a junior anchor retailer in its nationwide expansion from 125 stores to over 350 stores.
- Represents developers throughout the country on open-air and lifestyle centers.
- Represents office and industrial companies in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of warehouse and distribution centers.
