Summary
Ms. Fitze's practice focuses on representation of secured and unsecured creditors in all bankruptcy chapters. She also concentrates her practice on commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on real estate disputes. Ms. Fitze has experience representing both debtors and creditors in Bankruptcy court, as well as plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial cases in State and Federal court.
