Peter and Ryan recently sat down with Regency Centers’ Atlanta office to discuss how an e-commerce sale affects a physical store’s gross sale. They also discussed key leasing issues related to prohibited uses between a landlord and tenant. While there isn’t a set list of prohibited uses, they highlighted a few of the more common use restrictions and provided suggested carve-outs. Their examples, while comprehensive, were not an exhaustive list, but capture quite a few concepts that should be considered when representing a landlord.
