Craig Samuel has built his experience in mergers and acquisitions, and as an associate in the corporate & business entities practice group, he parlays this expertise assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other business transactions.
Representative Experience
- Assisted clients on variety of mergers and acquisitions, including a $200 million sale of a biotech portfolio company, a $75 million sale and recapitalization of car wash chain and a $20 million sale of spirits distiller
- Represent private equity funds in acquisitions, exits and reorganizations of portfolio companies, including acquisition of veterinary specialty hospitals and related real estate ranging from $7 to $40 million
- Represent investors in $35 million debt purchase; represent clients in debt facility restructuring
- Represent clients in cross-border investments in equity and commercial property
- Represent equity partners in commercial real estate joint ventures
- Represent start-ups in Series-A offerings
