Jason Cohn advises clients in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real property, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, restrictive covenants and conveyance documents for industrial, retail and office properties. He also counsels lenders and borrowers in the development and financing of retail and office centers, industrial properties, hotels, and residential subdivisions.
Additionally, Cohn’s practice includes representing clients in complex commercial lending and real estate transactions and workouts, including construction, permanent and mezzanine loans and other real estate secured loans. His experience includes representing regional and national lenders and servicers in connection commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) loans and debt financings, including syndicated and single lender senior credit facilities, secured and unsecured loans and asset-based loans.
