Representative Experience

  • Clients include commercial real estate tenants, landlords, retailers and developers
  • Assists with declarations, REAs, leasing, titles and surveys for outlet malls, shopping centers and restaurants
  • Represents the developer of a planned 350,000-square-foot retail outlet complex in New York
  • Served as in-house counsel for one of the largest residential developers in the New York metro area and worked directly with New York City Housing Preservation and Development Department on multiple projects
  • Reviewed title and survey, and attended residential closings for major residential developments throughout New York
  • Represented a Fortune 500 sporting goods retailer in ground lease and development transactions
  • Represented national restaurant chains in leasing and purchase transactions and development projects

Fun Stuff

Cristine grew up in Hollywood, Florida, and moved to Atlanta in 2011. She is fluent in Spanish, and grew up in a large Cuban household. Cristine volunteers at Faith Lutheran School and is involved with March of Dimes. When Cristine is not at work, she loves to spend time with her husband and 2 children, and go boogie boarding at the beach.
