Four on Friday: Charles Elrod

Charles Elrod Two months after joining Hartman Simons, associate Charles Elrod agreed to answer four questions so we can get to know the firm’s newest addition a bit better.  Elrod, who came from Miller & Martin, will work with Amanda Buckley in the corporate practice area. Elrod was attracted to Hartman Simons in large part because of the team atmosphere. Born and bred in Atlanta, Elrod graduated from Washington and Lee University and earned his law degree at the University of North Carolina. He is getting married this fall.

CE: I will focus on the various corporate needs of clients, including formation, governance and capital raising.

CE: No, but you don't come here and not work with a strong base of commercial real estate clients! I will assist real estate companies similarly to the way I assist clients in other industries.

HS: What do you do when you’re not working?

CE: Run, golf, hunt, fish, cook
