Come see Summey at the Summit.
Put another way, Hartman Simons Managing Partner Summey Orr will be the moderator of Bisnow Atlanta's upcoming "3rd Annual Atlanta Industrial Summit." The panel discussion will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta hotel in Buckhead. A one-hour continental breakfast precedes the discussion, which will also be followed by a 30-minute networking reception.
The discussion that Orr will lead should be a lively one. As the event description notes, "The
Atlanta industrial market … has
experienced tremendous growth and fundamentals through the first three
quarters of 2012. Absorption is way up, vacancy continues to drop, and
spec construction has even returned to the market."
Panelists will include Martin McFarland of Weeks Robinson, Rob Rakusin of Seefried Industrial Properties, Chris Riley of CBRE, Michael Ruen of DCT Industrial and Lisa Ward of IDI. Tickets are currently $69 but will increase on Monday, Nov. 12.
