Hartman Simons Managing Partner Summey Orr appeared on WSB-TV on Monday to discuss Hines' proposed mixed-use development in Sandy Springs, Ga.
The Houston-based developer is seeking to rezone land near the intersection of Georgia 400 and Abernathy Road to accommodate a mixed-used development that would, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, eventually include 1.5 million square feet of office space, 150,000 square feet of retail space, 500
multifamily units and a
250-room hotel.
