Hartman Simons partner Lori Kilberg was quoted extensively in an article on retail leasing that appears in the July 4 edition of the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The article examines the ways tenants and landlords are seeking protection in their leases after the economic downturn.
"After seeing so many centers go vacant, with tenants left standing when other tenants have exited, seeing the cost of the common areas increase because there are less tenants to maintain it, and other similar issues, everyone is taking a closer look at the big picture," Kilberg told writer Doug DeLoach.
