Abbye Dalton has 20 years of legal and real estate experience representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and development of raw land. She has worked extensively with clients on mixed-use developments, including complex condominium and leasehold condominium projects.

Representative Experience

  • Represents national and local tenants, landlords, retailers, and developments, in an array of transactions and development projects
  • Works with clients in negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and leases, reciprocal easement agreements, development agreements and the resolution of title and survey issues
  • Negotiated numerous restaurant leases across the country for a nationally known restaurant company
  • Represents both commercial lenders and borrowers in lending transactions
