Alison Woodrow’s broad commercial real estate law experience spans from representing developers and investors in a variety of complex real estate deals, to representing both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, disputes and lease enforcement issues. She also executes acquisitions and dispositions of retail, office, mixed-use, multifamily and industrial properties.

Representative Experience

  • Drafted and negotiated leases for a 35,000-sq. ft. retail center and several 100,000-sq. ft. office buildings in Metro Atlanta
  • Served as outside counsel for Represented an international retailer regarding all leasing matters for its factory facilities and retail stores throughout the United States and Canada
  • Represents developers and investors in all stages of complex real estate deals including land/development site purchase agreements, due diligence, acquisitions, financing and dispositions
  • Represents landlords and tenants in negotiation of office, retail and industrial leases, as well as negotiation of disputes and lease enforcement issues
  • Managed modifications and closing of construction and permanent loans for commercial properties throughout the Southeast
