Brian is an attorney with deep experience in commercial real estate transactions and operations. Over the course of his career, he has advised on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of retail, restaurant, industrial, office, and student housing properties nationwide, bringing a practical, business-oriented perspective to every matter.
Representative Experience
- Directed U.S. legal operations for a multinational student housing provider, advising on real estate, commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment issues, and dispute resolution.
- Negotiated and managed acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development of retail and commercial properties nationwide.
- Advised on real estate development and operations for large restaurant and retail portfolios across the United States and Canada.
- Managed leasing, operations, and litigation for privately held shopping center portfolios.

Before graduating from high school, Brian lived in four different states, which led to a unique mix of sports allegiances. He is a diehard fan of both the Boston Red Sox and the Denver Broncos.
