Lori E. Kilberg

Over the past three decades, Lori Kilberg has represented countless clients —including institutional investors, retailers, and developers — in the acquisition, development, leasing and sales of a variety of shopping centers, mixed-use developments, warehouses, distribution centers and urban redevelopment projects. She’s also an expert on real estate law and diversity issues, and writes and lectures frequently on these topics.

Representative Experience

  • Directed legal teams in representing institutional landlords and third-party asset managers with respect to their shopping center holdings nationwide
  • Represented developers throughout the country on open-air shopping centers
  • Represented an industrial company in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of warehouse and distribution centers
  • Represented a national big box retailer in acquisitions, ground leases, development and sales for projects throughout the East Coast and Midwest
  • Represented a specialty supermarket chain in its nationwide expansion
  • Represented a junior anchor retailer in its nationwide expansion to more than 350 stores.
