Lori Kilberg is a partner at Hartman Simons and has represented clients in the acquisition, development, leasing and sales of regional malls, power centers, lifestyle centers, outlet centers, multi-use developments, warehouses, distribution centers and urban redevelopment projects over the course of three decades. Her clients include institutional investors, developers, national retailers and industrial firms. Lori is a frequent lecturer on real estate law and diversity issues and has written numerous articles and blogs on these topics.
