Nathan Waller

Nate Waller is an associate commercial real estate lawyer who represents retail and industrial landlords and tenants in leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real property.

While in law school, Nate was an active member in Georgia State University College of Law’s Transactional Law Society and International and Comparative Law Society. He gained valuable experience through his work as a judicial intern in Fulton County State Court and as a summer associate at HSW! As a student, Nate performed pro bono work for the Safety Valve Project, representing middle and high school students at school disciplinary hearings, and spent a semester abroad at Aarhus University in Denmark, studying international commercial contract drafting. Nate graduated with magna cum laude honors.

Prior to law school, he taught English in Madrid, Spain and waited tables. In his free time, Nate enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, going on walks, spending time with family, watching movies, and playing with his cat, Mouse.
