As founding partner, Peter Hartman specializes in handling all aspects of commercial real estate for his clients, including site identification, predevelopment activities, due diligence, acquisition, leasing, financing and sales. His experience extends to representing both developers and tenants in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Representative Experience

  • Directly involved in handling all legal aspects in the development of more than 20 million square feet of retail real estate projects throughout the United States
  • Negotiated or supervised the negotiation of more than 1,000 commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants
  • Handled the leasing and development work for mixed-use projects such as Avalon, Interlock, Colony Square, Fenton, Tampa Midtown and Veridian
  • Served as Associate General Counsel for a national specialty retailer
  • Practiced real estate law for two large national law firms
