 Yvette Fallone-Tietje is a specialist in the financial side of commercial real estate, including asset-based financing, construction financing, mezzanine financing and other lending arrangements, as well as restructuring of debt obligations and workouts. She represents both lenders and borrowers, and has worked on a wide range of property types, including resorts, retail properties, multifamily housing, industrial facilities and mixed-use developments. Yvette is also skilled at representing developers throughout every phase of the development process, from land acquisition through development to dispositions.
